Coded Email SMS/Text Message Alerts
Another method by which we can inform agents of a received SMS message related to one of their properties is via a coded email. Coded emails can either by automaticall read in by software or be copied-and-pasted into a spreadsheet/database and interpretated later.
In order to use coded emails please select the appropriate option in your user profile and include an email address for the coded email to be sent to.
Each email can include more than one SMS alert. Each field in the emails is seperated by a '|' (pipe) character. The end of each record is finished with a '%END%' tag, an example is show at the bottom of this page.
