How Instant Property Information SMS Works

On this page we include a quick guide for estate and letting agents on how the instant property information (IPI) service works. There are just four simple steps in the whole process!

Ready? Ok so here we go...

Step 1: Sign up

Sign up with the website via our sign up page. The whole process takes about 2-3 minutes. During the sign up process you:

That is it, the sign-up process is over! You will shortly get an email with a password with which you can sign into the account area of the site. In the account area you can change your password and add a few additional details via the user profile.

Step 2: Add some properties

Here at IPI we have included several ways that you can add properties to our database, however the simplest method is using manual registration. To add a new property simply go to the add a property page and fill in the required details.Diagram showing a phone with a property board and magazine in the background

Now is time to start advertising your properties unique code on property boards, newspapers, your website, property magazines, etc. The number of places you can advertise your property codes is limited only by your imagination.

There are ways in which you can truely integrate our systems into your site so that property codes can be added with the minimum of effort. Please see our integration information guides for details on how to integrate our systems into yours.

Step 3: Receive a text message

These can be seen in the integration information pages, the simplest method being to log in to your account and view your SMS/text message log. Here you will be presented with a list of text messages recieved and details about the linked property within our database.

You now know that a member of the public is interested in one of your properties, the area they are looking, a rough guide to their budget... time to get in touch! Note: you must comply with our code of conduct regarding contacting members of the public.

Step 4: Make the Sale!

You have the interested member of the public, now its time to arrange viewings, offer alternative properties, and get your sales!.

How easy was that process? Are you ready to sign up? The service is FREE* so you have nothing to lose and yet so much to gain.
