At present there are three methods by which you can add properties to the system. These are:
You can also send text messages from your software by using our SMS API Gateway. Please click the link for further information.There are also six methods by which we can inform you of public interest in one of your properties. These are:
- Manual Checking
- To see a list of received SMS messages on your account simply log in and click on the SMS log option in the left hand menu. Here you are given a list of SMS messages received with a link to the related property (if available).
- Plain English email alert at the end of each day
- Select this option if you'd like to receive a plain English email update at the end of each day. Plain English updates are sent to your contact email as specfied in your user profile.
- Immediate plain English email alert
- Select this option if you'd like to receive a plain English email update immediately upon us receiving an SMS alert about one of your properties. Plain English updates are sent to your contact email as specfied in your user profile.
- Immediate API alert
- We can automatically link with your systems to put information directly into your database/systems. Please see the linked page for the fields that are passed to your website. Note: An API URL needs to be specified in your user profile for this to work.
- Coded email alert at the end of each day
- A coded email can be send out at the end of each day with a list of SMS messages received and the appropriate information regarding a linked property. Please see the linked page for more information. Note: A special email address needs to be specified in your user profile for this to work.
- Immediate Coded email alert
- A coded email can be send out immediately upon us receiving an SMS message about one of your properties. Please see the linked page for more information. Note: A special email address needs to be specified in your user profile for this to work.
To select which of these methods you would like to use to review your SMS alerts then you need to select the appropriate option in your user profile. If you wish to use the email or API alert methods then you need to enter the required information into the form also.
Whichever method is chose you will still be able to manually check your SMS alerts via the website.
