How to Manually Register your boards Serial Codes

We have set up a manual system for estate and letting agents to make the process of registering your reference numbers quick and easy.

We also have an email registration system and a api registration system it is up to you which one(s) you decide to use.

Sending us your Serial Numbers

In order to manually upload property listings to our system you firstly need to log into your account. One you have logged in then select property list from the left hand menu. Once you are into your property listings click on the box at the property labelled 'Add a new property' (as shown in the image below).

Next you need to pass through the form and fill in the details for the property you wish to add to the database:

If you try to add a property reference the same as a current listing on the website then the new listing will superceed the previous listing. Rather than deleting an old property we recommend that you use this superceeding method as it allows you to gather statistics on how successfull your advertising campaigns are over time.

The following bullet points show the validation rules for the various fields:

Once a property listing has been successfully added or updated you will be returned to the property list.
