Although the core IPI system and services are completely free to agents we do offer premium services to help improve the customer experience for instant property information.
Custom Agency Keyword
Our main premium service is for agencies to increase the professionalism of their property boards by employing a custom shortcode keyword.
So what does that mean? Well basically rather than your customers sending the message 'SALE ABC123' to the short code number your customers can text the message 'YourAgency 123' to the shortcode number.
The transition to the custom keyword is made extremely easy as both incoming message systems work at the same time saving the costs of getting new property boards made up immediately.

The costs of the custom agency keyword are shown below. Note: There is a minimum 6 month contract on a custom keyword.
