House or flat hunting can be a daunting experience. Most of the time you see a property you are interested in but then have to take down several details and call an estate agent later in the day, by which time you've forgotten the property entirely!

What do I do?
- When you see our logo on a property board or in a printed advertisement simply send the included code (e.g. SALE ABC123) to the shortcode number.
- Within seconds you will receive a text message back including further details about the property. Each text message includes:
- The agents name
- A contact number for the agent
- A web link to further details about the property
- The sale price or rental cost of the property
- Lots more details about the property (e.g. number of bedrooms, central heating, interior details, etc)
Are there hidden costs?
Before we started this service we did several surveys to find out people's opinions about obtaining information via text message. The majority of concerns were regarding hidden costs or becoming involved in subscription services without knowing. Therefore we make you this promise...

All our agents have to follow a strict code of conduct, you can also be guaranteed that you will not receive any spam SMS messages, you will not be joining up to a subscription service, each text message costs 25p (plus standard operator rate) and that's it!

What happens if I enter an incorrect code?
If you text in an incorrect code then one of two things can happen:
- If you entered the agents code correctly then a message will be returned with the agents contact details so that you may get in contact with them to find out more information about the property.
- If the code was completely wrong then there will be no charge and you will not receive any information back from us.
